Radial bearings, roller bearings are the most preferred as the ideal type of :

  • Can carry heavy radial loads (excellent efficiency in the work only under the radial loads acting on shown )
  • Suitable for high turnover rates. not more than the noise levels during the action
  • Have rigid structures, and because of the narrow shaft very sturdy and very precise machining tolerances can be processed as a lathe
  • Is resistant to impact loads
  • Configurations of integral flanges on both inner and outer rings ; alias-removal process, provides a great convenience.
  • These bearings are ideal as a journal bearing.


Spherical roller bearings has most extensive application area in roller bearings.

  • spherical roller bearings can carry very heavy radial loads and axial loads significant amount of    (    Fa Max = 3 B d )
  • spherical roller bearings are resistant to the variable directional loads. Spherical roller bearings can eliminate balance disorders on axial shaft disorders.
  • ( Long shafts ,bed seating surfaces should be processed in a single transaction, Using different slots on both sides) till Max 20
  • can be obtained high-rigid, often been used as irremovable bearing, these bearings can also release bearing . (  play a guiding.)
  • spherical roller bearings are mounted with the streching muffs and nailling muffs and this gives us high stringency and  assembly is provided convenience.

Support rollers are used where working conditions are severe and used in areas that do not require precision application.

  • Support Rollers has a thick-walled outer ring in contact throughout the entire surface of the roller  so can move heavy impact loads.
  • Convex outer ring provided with a support shaft angular misalignment to compensate for reels up to 1.50
  • Gives perfect results on eccentric shafts,overturning arm with roller cam , sliding ways .

Axial deep groove ball bearings ; in bearing applications, the most commonly used types of axial bearings:

  • Axial deep groove ball bearings, single-or double-sided than they are single or double sides suffer from the burden of axial forces.
  • Axial deep groove ball bearings are used widely used because of simple structures where working conditions are severe and used in areas that do not require precision application.
  • Axial deep groove ball bearings are suitable for many standard application  general machinery industry, metals industry,chemical industry ,automotive industry and speacially perfectly suitable on  the drilling machines used in mining.



Axial angular contact ball bearings produced in two different structures; one or both way bearings and single or double direction axial forces from turnin. The most important common features; carries mixed loads, including the heavy axial loads.

Ry-series one-way Axial angular contact ball bearings are used where is no need for sensibility, in the bearing the influence of mixed loads.

double-way axial angular contact ball bearings, has narrowed tolerances, generally  attached into lantern shaft of machine tools.

for example; two-way thrust angular contact ball bearings, especially tapered roller bearing tapered hollow cylindrical shaft thereby placing the surface adjacent to NN 30 K ,both very sensitive and highly rigid bearing arrangement is achieved.


The most widely used type of axial roller bearings:

  • Axial cylindrical roller bearings meets one or two directions from the axial forces axial direction only to be.

  • KRS does not make the production of ball,best  quality  ( Grade 10 ) balls are taken from  companies  SKF and  EUROBALL.
